Every step of the way I felt like I was in great hands and David had our best interest in mind. The entire experience was 10 times better then I expected.

David was AMAZING! I was having trouble with my credit union and reached out to ask some questions. David was back to me instantly and answered all of my million questions thoroughly and immediately! There was no pressure to use him but he was able to secure a much better rate and terms, way better than the credit union, so it was a no brainer! Not often do you find people that absolutely love what they do but David does and it shows! The process was faster and definitely easier than expected!

He made you feel like you were his only client and was his number one priority. He kept constant updates without me having to ask. Kept us well informed of the process and what to expect. It made you feel like a member of the family and not just a client. I was pleased with working with him the first time and he always respond when I had questions months after we closed and kept contact to see how we were doing. So it was a no brainer to contact him to work with for refinancing at a lower rate.

Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, David made sure every measure was taken for our loan application in incredible timing. I would highly recommend David and the Fairway team.
