William specializes in traditional and investor-focused lending solutions, including Non Traditional loans designed for real estate investors and clients that own their own business. With the ability to lend in all 50 states, he works closely with homebuyers, seasoned investors, and their financial advisors to structure financing that supports portfolio growth, cash flow, and long term financial goals.

As a short term rental owner & real estate investor himself, William brings experience to every conversation. His approach is to help clients think strategically about how real estate fits into their broader wealth building plan.

Outside of work, William and his wife Jessica enjoy spending time on the golf course and fishing in the New River in Virginia, where they own several vacation homes. He believes real estate isn’t just about transactions, it’s about creating opportunities, and a lifestyle you love.
